A personalized AI cartoon project built as a complete story with consistent characters, locations and a unified visual style.
/ CHALLENGE
Create a cartoon where a child becomes the hero of their own story. The main technical challenge was maintaining character appearance, clothing, style and locations across a large number of AI-generated scenes.
/ WHAT I DID
Project

Developed the concept and story.
Created a consistent 3D character of Mark based on reference photos.
Developed the recurring dinosaur character Tiko.
Prepared master character references from multiple angles.
Created reusable 3D locations for the dinosaur world.
Built the storyboard and scene sequence.
Set up an Image-to-Video workflow to maintain continuity between clips.
Refined camera movement, lighting and transitions between scenes.
Prepared the structure for voice-over and final editing.
